Back and more intimate than ever before

Helping you from journalist introductions to pitching discussions

Connecting you with the media to get your story in the news

Panel Discussions and Q&A

Uncover journalists pitching preferences, press release bugbears and tips for successful news stories.

Our Event Moderator will pose questions to the panel about what they need from you to get your story across the line. The event moderator will then turn it over to you to ask panellists about deadlines, story angles, needs and wants.

Gain direct feedback on your press release from media experts in your industry.

Small round-table sessions will allow you to engage directly with some of the biggest journalists, editors and producers in Australia.

Bring along your press release so you can receive live feedback and pitch directly to our panellists.

Develop ongoing relationships with the top experts in journalism

Mingle one-on-one with journalists who you may be pitching to, but could never have the opportunity to see face-to-face.

Make your next press release successful by learning the tips and tricks to ensure your campaign gets the media run it deserves. This event allows you to participate in dynamic panel discussions, small workshops and invaluable face-to-face networking time with the panel.

These sessions have been proven to deliver results so that you can start perfecting your pitch and receiving higher media pick-up.  Bring along your press release, as all past Masterclasses have seen attendees stories published.

Limited to only 20 tickets, register now to start connecting with the media

"It's just so useful having that exposure to people in the media, they're the people we're pitching stories to but don't often give us or have the time to give us feedback on the quality of our pitches."

- Regional communications manager

"It was really useful for me because I got some really good tips on some stories and I've got some pitch ideas that I'm going to go back to the office and work on directly."

- Account coordinator

- Communications executive

"I'm already thinking about some of our clients and upcoming campaigns where we can pitch differently or incorporate a few other elements that may spark some interest from the journalists."
